My wife, Karen, and I have found Enlightenment Intensives to fit well with our spiritual lives... And, so, in 2005 we entered training from Lawrence Noyes as well as served with various masters and immersed ourselves in the whole enlightenment intensive community and various trainings. The enlightenment intensive, started in 1968, is roughly a blend of Zen practice (the sesshin) and modern psychology--particularly the dyad communication format.
